Causes of Delay

  1. Incorrect Address – Delays and additional chargers may occur due to incomplete addresses. Upon checkout, please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address. Orders returned due to an invalid address will be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

  2. Fortuitous Events / Force Majeure – Events which are out of our control such as calamities, accidents, strikes, and the like.

Return and refund requests are accepted for unopened products with manufacturer damage. Minor flaws on packaging such as boxes, seals, and the like are not accepted.


If you would like to submit a request, please email us at within 24 hours of order receipt and attach the following:

  1. Pictures of the damage

  2. Short description 

  3. Proof of purchase


If your request is approved, we will facilitate the return and refund at no additional cost. We reserve the right to deny the request if it does not meet our requirements.


Items must be in the original packaging and returned as a complete set. Please expect your refund within 14 days.

For Metro Manila, you may expect your orders 1-2 days after payment has been cleared.

For outside Metro Manila, the transit time will depend on your exact location. You will be sent a tracking number via email.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery?

No, we do not accept cash on delivery. You may pay via Bank Transfer or PayPal.

Do you customize?

Yes, we can customize your order using any product found in our website.

Can I send a gift to another person?

Absolutely! Please ensure that the recipient is informed of the delivery.

All our gifts come with a dedication card so you may include a greeting to your order. Please leave the message on the product page's dedication form.


What if no one is present to receive the order?

We will attempt to contact you and wait for a maximum 15 minutes. However, if no one is available to receive the order, the courier will return the order to us.

A standard shipping fee of Php 200.00 will be charged to you for redelivery. This rate is applicable for Metro Manila only and must be paid prior delivery.
